Department Head is meant for art, costume and hair & makeup heads: they get the crew's phone numbers and emails, fill in measurements at fittings, see Scenes, Storyboard and Locations, and run tasks — without changing scenes or anything else a Coordinator can.
People asking to join this production — either they matched a private crew spot by name, or picked this from the public list. Approving adds them to the board directly.
Only you and admins can see this. Everyone with any footprint in this production — crew and pending/rejected requests alike. "Delete user" clears their footprint in this production only; "Delete account" permanently removes their sign-in account everywhere and can't be undone.

Connect one Google account to create Google Meet links for online events. Each meeting is added to that account's Google Calendar; the crew gets the link in their event email.
Folds one record into another — dates, roles, and (if only one has it) the account link all carry over to the record you keep.
Pulls characters and locations from one of your screenplay projects into this production. Anything already here with the same name is skipped — nothing gets duplicated or overwritten.
Scenes work differently from the above: every scene heading becomes its own scene, in script order, including repeats — a crosscut back to a location already used gets its own entry, same as a real stripboard. Nothing is matched or skipped by name, so if this project already has scenes, importing again adds duplicates alongside them rather than topping them up. Use "Delete all scenes" below first for a clean re-import.
Wipes the whole roster, every blocked date, and every access grant — for everyone on this project. There's no undo and nothing else on this page is this destructive, which is why it's alone down here.
